Does the customer need to download the app to leave a tip?
No, they can simply scan the QR Code or use NFC and complete the payment through their browser.
How does the employee receive the tips?
The tips are recorded in their profile and transferred the same day.
Are the payments secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Stripe and encryption.
Is there a cost for the employee?
For each transaction, a small fee is charged by Stripe as the payment provider. In addition, at the end of each month, a small fee is calculated and paid to My Tips, based on the total amount of tips received.
Does the employee need to register?
Yes, they will need to register in the app and with Stripe so they can receive the money directly into their account.
