At MY TIPS, we believe that rewarding excellent service should be easy, immediate, and fair. For this reason, the platform usage subscription is linked to the monthly tipping activity, offering a flexible solution that adapts to both individual users and businesses and their teams.
As the use of the service increases, the monthly subscription to MY TIPS is automatically adjusted to the corresponding pricing tier, based on the volume of tips you manage. This way, you only pay for the level of service you actually need.
Transaction Processing Cost
Electronic payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world’s leading digital payment providers.
- 1.5% + €0.25 for Standard cards from the European Economic Area (EEA).
- 1.9% + €0.25 for Premium cards from the European Economic Area (EEA).
- 2.5% + €0.25 for United Kingdom (UK) cards.
- 3.25% + €0.25 for international cards outside the EEA and the United Kingdom.
- The percentage-based processing cost (1.5%, 1.9%, 2.5%, or 3.25%) is charged to the platform user.
- The fixed fee of €0.25 per transaction is charged to the customer making the tip and is displayed separately before the payment is completed.
- 1.25% per transaction through the Stripe platform.
